1. Purpose of the Agreement
This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to temporary rental at Imperial Dunas, under a vacation rental arrangement. By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to fully comply with the following rules.

2. Accommodation Requirements

• The apartment is exclusively for adult men (18+ years).

• Children are not allowed under any circumstances.

• The maximum capacity of the apartment is 3 guests.

3. Reservations and Payments

• A security deposit of €100 is required, refundable after the apartment has been inspected at the end of the stay.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made up to 2 days prior to check-in: full refund.

  • Cancellations made on the same day of check-in: no refund.

4. House Rules

• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

• Parties or events causing excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors are not allowed.

• Pets are allowed inside the apartment.

• Any damages caused by guests will be deducted from the security deposit or must be covered additionally.

5. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00.

• Check-out: by 13:00.

• The guest must leave the apartment in a clean and orderly condition.

6. Guest Responsibility

• The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for compliance with these rules and for the behavior of their companions.

7. Breach of Rules

• Any breach may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• If necessary, the intervention of the local authorities may be requested.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By making the reservation and proceeding with the payment, the guest acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions stated herein.
