Terms:

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the temporary rental at Imperial Dunas, under the vacation rental regime. By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following rules.

2. Accommodation Requirements

    • Rental is exclusively for men over 18 years old

    • Children are not allowed on the property under any circumstances

    • The apartment’s maximum capacity is 3 persons.

3. Reservations and Payments

  • A security deposit of €100 is required, refundable after inspection of the apartment at the end of the stay.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Cancellation up to 2 days before check-in: full refund.

    • Cancellation on the same day of check-in: no refund.

4. House Rules

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

  • Parties or events that may cause excessive noise or disturb neighbors are not allowed.

  • Pets are allowed inside the apartment.

  • Any damage caused by guests will be deducted from the security deposit or charged additionally.

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: until 1:00 p.m.

  • Guests must leave the apartment in clean and tidy condition.

6. Guest Responsibility

  • The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the stay.

  • Guests are responsible for complying with the rules and for the behavior of their companions.

7. Breach of Rules

  • Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate termination of the stay, with no refund.

  • If necessary, the owner reserves the right to request intervention from the competent authorities.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation and completing the payment, the guest fully accepts the terms and conditions stated herein.
